think it IS a great machine, but it is out of date now APPARENTALY and you cant buy parts , SO IM STUCK WITH A MACHINE THAT DOSENOT WORK. I SEE THAT SOMEONE ON THIS FORUM PURCHASED ONE JUST THIS YEAR, WELL IF THEY ARE STILL ON THE MARKET THEN YOU SHOULD SUPPLY SPARE PARTS OR RECALL ALL MACHINES THAT ARE OUT OF DATE.

I've had my Cricut Expression for almost 5 years now. I bought it in 2007 when I had my first child. Ever since, I've had no problem with the machine. It never really failed on me.

It was a rocky start - 6 warranty replacements in 6 months until I received one that worked, and kept on working. Customer Service went above and beyond helping me get a unit that worked as expected. Now, 6 months after receiving #6 I’ve made hundreds of cuts and am extremely pleased. I’m glad I didn’t give up before #6!

I bought the cricut expression two months ago and I have never used it. I have spent hours on the phone with customer support and still nothing. I am once again waiting for new parts to get here.

I got my Expression 2-3 years ago on Black Friday at WalMart. I have had no problems with it. I love it. I have taken classes at a local scrap store and watched videos. It's easy to use and the creative ideas are endless. Bought a bag and it goes to crops with me. Looked at the Imagine, but I will keep my Expressions.....

I love my Cricut Expression machine. It's so easy to use that I've let my 8-year old (now 9) grandson use it with my supervision. I've had it a little over a year & have used it many times to create greeting cards, stencils to paint on T-shirts, and to help my grandson with a science project. I look forward to using it for more applications. I wish it would cut a design in the middle of a greeting card and it probably does if I could figure out the measurements. I also wish the cartridges were not so expensive (even on sale) and I wish the cartridges had some other designs that I would like. I also wish the web site would allow us to search for an object we want to cut and take us to the different cartridges that have that object.
