I hate these mats! I have had several Cricut machines, and these new mats are absolutely horrible! I am not sure why the company changed mats, but I sure wish they sold the older mats. Accessories for these machines are expensive as it is, and having to buy new mats after only a few uses is getting ridiculous! I have tried the washing a air dry trick and it really doesn't help! HELP PROVO CRAFT DO SOMETHING!!!!

I am away for a crop and I can't even use my cricut machine. I brought brand new mats and I can't even get the paper to stick to cut it. Washed and dried like suggested and it still doesn't work! First time I've ever been disappointed in their products!! Don't waste the money!!!!

I have bought a few packs of these mats. I absolutely hate them. They are not sticky at all. I have problems cutting glitter paper and vinyl without it lifting off the mat. Occasionaly I can cut cardstock. I talked with customer service who told me to run under warm water, let it air dry, then use scraper to get it tacky. Tried, but didn't work. I was planning on buying a new expression and some cartridges, but if this problem is not resolved, I will not be purchasing anything from them again. Looks like as previous customers had stated, I will be looking into a new cutting system if this problem is not resolved!!!! Not happy at all!!

I used my mat a few times and now paper doesn't stick. Went on YouTube and they gave a few ideas how to make mat sticky again. I guess Cricut cutting back on everything like "glue". If they keep this up, they will be out of business like other companies who failed due to our economy and poor customer relations. They have to listen to their customers, or.....

I bought those mats as that was all that was stock. No stick at all. Have never been disapointed in any cricut product. Why did you change the product?

Cant even use my cricut if the mats don't work!!! I cannot even get one cut before the paper lifts! There is no excuse for even putting these out there. If they were tested it would be obvious to provocraft that the mats don't work at all! I will not reccomend the brand until this is fixed in fact I will strongly discourage my family and friends from making any provocraft products! So disappointed!!! Not even worth a star or any stars for that matter

This matter are back - not very sticky - paper moved with the first cutting. You have to tape down the paper if you don't want it for move especially if the paper is thicker. Old mats were to sticky at first but better. Unable to use mats after a couple of uses.

I had the same thing happen as many of the other reviewers. I called ProvoCraft and they told me that they have no intention of going back to the old mats. They did send me a new set which didn't help bc nothing stuck to those either. Their suggestion was to run it under warm water to make it sticky again. I told the woman I only made ONE cut. She didn't seem to care. They aren't listening to their customers. If tons of your customers complain, a good business looks into the reasons. Disappointing ProvoCraft. You've taken a lot of my money and now I'm stuck.

I also complained about the horrible quality of the new mats and am happy to find I am not alone. I did get a response from the company, but their suggestion did not work and I have a weekend crop coming up with no way to use my cricut. Hoping if enough people complain, they might bring back the old ones...please?

Loved the original cutting mats not sure what to do with the new style because they sure do not stick. I just purchased 10 packs of the 2 to a pack and find out they DO NOT STICK. I feel lucky if I get 1 cut off of each mat. Will be looking for cutting machine if this is not corrected quickly. Will NOT BE PURCHASING any more cartridges if I have to buy a new mat after every cut!!!! Was at a crop with 20 other women and they all feel the same way!!!!
