Sadly this cartridge does NOT work on the Cricut Imagine... My orginal imagine said it needed an update to use this cartridge.. After much frustration I had to exchange that machine. My replacement machine will load the cartridge but every time I select something it restarts... The Sophisticated Cartridge works just fine on my friends Orginal Cricut machine.. So just don't purchase it if you have an Imagine... :(
