Can you not open a file that was saved in ccr using my login info on my desktop computer that is in my office with my same login using my laptop computer that is in my craftroom and vice versa. I have attempted and the file that was done and saved from one pc is not seen using my other pc.

Thanks for your help.

The files are connected to your Cricut.com account. So you should be able to access any files saved to your account on any computer as long as you log in to the same account. Are you still logged in on one computer when you go to the other? I haven't actually tried this myself, but you might need to log out before the files would be officially saved and available to you on your other computer.

I was signed onto both the first time I tried to access the file from my laptop. Then I logged off on both pc;s and logged onto ccr on just the laptop and the file I had created and saved on the desktop was not there. I tried the same thing in reverse and the file saved on my laptop was not on my desktop.
