I was able to download ok but am now having issues with response when I click on items to move around on the mat.

I'm on a Mac so don't know if your Windows is causing your error message or not.

Hopefully someone will be able to verify for you.

Sorry I can't help. I need help too.Confused

That's really great, Lady Bug S, that you did get a PRINT AND CUT off before you got kicked out. I suspect PC was shutting down CCR when you were experiencing those problems. I hope everything is working for you now.

I didn't realize there was a new BUILD (haven't been on the MB all day, today). I can't wait to try it out. I have to get a plate finished for my DS and DBIL golden anniversary and I would sure love to be able to work in CCR tomorrow.

Good luck with everything! I'm a little nervous right now, because I have just bought a new WINDOWS 7 computer (won't be here until 9th) and I have been using WINDOWS XP. I sure do hope there haven't been many issues with WINDOWS 7, but from what I know it is really a more efficient version of operating system and I'm looking forward to learning all about it.

Did a update for gypsy and imagine today. Open CCR and put a few images on mat, click to print and cut to imagine. File only print and not cut. I received the BRIDGE ERROR again. I give up.

Here are some things I posted under Cricut Craft Room Beta Updates regarding build 60 that may apply here:

•Reduces occurrences of a bridge error while printing & cutting with Imagine, but DOES NOT eliminate all occurrences of bridge errors while printing & cutting

•DOES NOT resolve all the bridge errors. These may still occur, but hopefully less often. We are continuing to work on these errors, but we wanted make the above improvements available to you. If you continue to get a bridge error at the same point, every time - send me a PM!

Note for E2 or Imagine users: if you are getting a bridge error immediately after you log in, try disconnecting the USB cable from your computer and THEN opening Craft Room and logging in. Wait until you've clicked "CUT" or "GO" then connect the USB. You may have to wait several seconds for Craft Room to establish the connection with your machine.

I have the same problem with this build as I did with 59. I STILL can't log in!

I give up - this is not worth the frustration! I'll stick to my gypsy.

Wondering if you can give me more info on your issue:

Do you get a bridge error before you even click log in?
Do you get a bridge error as you click log in?
Do you get a "Invalid Cricut.com ID" error when you click log in?
Something else?

Do you get a bridge error as you click log in? It shows up right after I click on log in, sometimes takes a few moments, sometimes shows up right away.

I do have a question (probably stupid). In order to just log in and create in the desktop version, do you still have to be connected to your Imagine or E2?

I can print but not cut with XP or Windows 7. Immediately after I get bridge error message and CCR closes down. SOOOOOOOO FRUSTRATING.

Nope. You only have to have a machine connected to cut.

Hi

Today is the first time I have used the Craft Room after months of checking if I was allowed in. I was getting the bridge error until I did a sync on my E2, straight away I could cut my project. I'm not sure if this will help everyone but it worked for me. Soooooo very happy. This piece of software is amazing and when I read users moaning about it, I want to say to them 'It's free and it's still in Beta, stop moaning' Thank you Provo Craft.
