Do you use Design Studio or a Gypsy? If you don't, chances are you're firmware needs to be updated. You can download the trial version of Design Studio which will allow you to update the firmware.

Let me know if that's not the case.

(I do know that there are other m/b members having trouble with Win7 64 bit with regards to CCR)

I just saw you updated your other post and that your firmware is up to date for the Gypsy.

I think your problem is the 64bit. The only thing I can think of that you can try is changing the compatibility mode to something other than Windows 7. Try Windows Vista.

Close CCR
Right click on the CCR icon on your desktop
Select Properties
Select the Compatibility tab
Check the box that says Run in Compatibility mode for...
Select an older version of Windows - Vista or XP and select OK

Try CCR again. If that doesn't help you can change it back to Windows 7.

I'm pretty sure IT are aware of the problem, but I'd still recommend sending Feedback about it anyway.

CCR does not work with the Create, because there is no driver for it yet.

Actually CCR and Create are compatible. If you have trouble cutting with a Create while using the latest build (build 59) released this morning, let me know where you are getting stuck.
