Cursing DO NOT purchase this machine. I purchased it from HSN and received a defective machine after hours of trying to update, sync, install cartridges, etc. Tech support no help. All I got for them was "Uh, I've never heard of that error before. I'll have to get back to you." Exchanged the machine which took about 3 weeks. Guess what?!?! The new one did not work. I did everything suggested on websites and in forum. No customer service since it was the weekend. Sent email to Provo only to be told called customer service and wait on hold for another 45 minutes to be told its defective and send it back to wait another 3 weeks. No thanks! Called HSN and they agreed to take it back even though by now it is after their 30 day policy. Do the research! Hundreds of these machines were knowingly sold with defects. I am so disappointed in Provo. Shame on you!!! You should have more respect for your LOYAL customers!!!!
