Trying to order on the shopping page, put the item in cart, click check out. It takes me to a page that asks me to sign in , fill in email and password and click the button. Right back at my cart asking me to continue shopping or check out. I can not seem to get out of the cycle between the two pages and really want to place a order for a your story. Please help.

I had the same problem when using internet explorer. Try downloading a different web browser like google chrome, safari or firefox.

You also might try signing in first before placing your order or putting anything in your cart.

Thanks for the suggestions, tried them all and no luck. I wish Cricut admin would reply, but I even called and waited over an hour, then gave up. I am disappointed that they do not want to make a sale, guess they are a big enough company they no longer need to worry lol.

Of course they want to make a sale! Sorry the system doesn't seem to be working for you. Unfortunately, the best thing to do is to call CS. I just tried the 800 number and got through in just a few minutes. Is this the number you are calling?
