On the cartridge there are these adorable characters, notes, and letters positioned on individual bars. Each one appears that it can be welded together and cut using CDS but it does not view as welded, nor do they print as such. Neither do they cut individually.

Is anyone else having this problem? It's driving me bonkers right now drats! Urgently need to finish this page layout for my son and his daughter but unable to do so.

It welds other images and cuts them just fine but when you go to use the Music function button it will not work. Any help is appreciated!

Thank you!

Sorry for such a long delay, but perhaps this can help others. The music staff keys are like Plantin's Endcaps: you shouldn't use CDS to weld them, just plug your cartridge in and select the characters, then hit cut. In fact, if you try to weld them it doesn't work right!

Is this the same in craft room? so don't weld the letters together, just cut them separately and then slick them on my scrapbook page adjacent to each other?

ME TOO!! I always just assume it's ME! I've had this cart pretty much from when it came out & only now went to use it for 2 birthday cards for friends who are musicians & professors of music. I REALLY wanted to cut out their names using the letters in the lined scale. I only got to the 1st letter (M) & saw that it doesn't cut right. Then I thought "could it be that you have to use the negative pieces & try to put it together that way? (Didn't work either!) I KNOW PC Cricut wouldn't make a cart that you would have to do that. ANYONE?!? Please help! These birthdays are in April! Thanx for ANY assistance!
