a decent crimper...I saw the cutest project making little sour cream like containers....but I don't remember who it was but they said they used a crimper...

I have a blue and orange Fiskars crimper and it works great for sour cream containers. You can find it at M's or J's and you can use a coupon if it's not already on sale.

I love my fiskars crimper, used a coupon and it works great! Good uck, the sour creme containers are so much fun and are so cute!!
