Where can I get chipboard to use in the cricut? I need to cut out ornaments and the chipboard I bought is too thick apparently, even with deep cut blade. Anyone have any success with this I could really use some help. I need to make 150 Christmas ornaments in 2 weeks. Thanks for your help.

Can you use cereal boxes, cracker boxes, cardboard from the back of paper stacks? I bought some from eBay and it didn't work for me even thou it worked for others! Go figure!

I bought mine at Joanns a while back with a 50% off coupon. I think it was 9.99 a pack. I also saw it at AC Moore this weekend. I've used the one from Joanns several times and had no problem. I used a regular cut blade and just did a multicut on it. Worked great. Good luck. It sounds like you have alot of work ahead of you!

Go to Costco to the section with the t.p. They have huge sheets of heavy paper between layers of product. Just roll yourself up several sheets of those...they are more than happy for you to take them off their hands. And my kids LOVE to draw/color on them too. Best part -- totally free.

I just use cereal boxes with a regular blade on the highest pressure and med/low speed. If my blade is a little old I multi-cut 2xs. Works great!
