I am considering buying this machine as PaperCrafting Pro has it for $195. I have an org. "E" but it is getting worn out. I would like to know what the whole housing is made of - metal or plastic (not just the blade housing). If you have this machine can you cut chipboard easily? Any issues?

TIA

It's plastic like all the newer E's seem to have. Not my fav, but I haven't had an issue with it.

I haven't cut chipboard yet.

Thanks for the info. I just won one off ebay for $172.50 and I think it's the same one as it has Picturesque. If it's not champagne then I'm OK with that.
