and you fill in the blank...

I wish the Gypsy could justify - like when you group a series of words together on different lines you could justify in the grouped box - you know like left justify - right - or middle like in word...

Copy from one project to another, not just within the one you're designing at the time. In other words, have more than one project open at the same time, like you can on the computer.

I wish we could add color to our designs - not the imagine colors just a color pallette so you can separate things a little better

1) Add colors to my design

2) Allow me to view a 3D image of my design

3) Allow me to edit outlines of the designs (around the perimeter and not just the inside lines) At the moment if I want to remove a line around the perimeter it takes a away the lines around the whole perimeter.

4) Allow me to edit pictures so I can cut them out

5) Allow me to shadow images. That way instead of cutting I could just get a hint of darkness around the object

6) Give me extra grid lines, when needed

7) Have a snap button, that when on will allow the images to take up exact open spaces on the mat. This would make sure we have the exact amount of paper to cut and know that it will cut within the specified grid lines.

8) Talk wirelessly (I don't know if this is a word or not) to my Cricut, Cricut imagine, or my friends Gypsy (with permission of course)

9) Be Microsoft compatible and also be able to download music and play movies if needed

I wish the Imagine carts could work with the Gypsy WITHOUT being linked....just plug them into the Imagine.

I also would like the auto shadow feature.

I wonder if they have a photo printing process in the works. I could see it being easy to take photos from the Photos section of your Gypsy and printing them in your Imagine.

Yes, because even though the G is supposed to eliminate the need for the overlay and book, you still need the book to recognize the pieces well enough to assemble them. If the screen was in color, that would help a lot.

I like all most of these ideas. It seems that everything I was going to suggest is already listed. I hope pc will see this list and give us the ability to do these. I would really like the color preview.

I too would love the shadow feature. I also would like the capability to unlink carts. I also think it would be cool if we could have the capability to play music on it! I always listen to music when I'm crafting.

we do have a copy and paste feature. select the image you want to copy then go to the advanced tab and click the icon that looks like a double square and your shape will be copied and pasted on the mat

Vanessa- Here is a video on copying and pasting. It's really easy! Maybe someday they can add a quick button feature but the capability is there.

I would love the fill page too. I would also love to be able to change from landscape to portrait. If it is there I haven't figured it out yet..

I like most of those suggestions!

1. besides the scroll bar, it would have touch arrows.

2. Easier transfer of files to my pc.

3. Music!

4. Views of pages.

My wish is not so much what the G could do - My wish is that Provo Craft would post in this forum or the G Tech forum when there is an update and if there are problems with an update to let us know.

I wish we could skew the images like you can in Design Studio. Sometimes I want a certain image or letter to slant a little more but I can't do that with the gypsy.
I wish we could place the photos on the mat. I want to be able to cut the photo itself into a specific shape and do it precisely.

You can. Go to the advanced tab and its the 3rd option ( kerning then rotating then skewing.)

hmmm, clean the house, do dishes, laundry...

oh, sorry, a real list it could doFlapper

I wish I could free-form draw on it.
I wish I could open multiple files at once & copy from one to another, drag & drop style might be simplest.

I would definitely like to see color on the overlays. It's difficult to see what's there in the small black and white images. It would really be awesome if the pages from the handbooks were in the "photos" section and they could be cross referenced when you are designing.
