Tonight is Homecoming. Can't believe I was in the court 35 years ago! YIKES

Tomorrow is the first round of playoffs for our youth football team.

The rest of the weekend is clear so far. I cleaned my craftroom last weekend so I can play this weekend.

I love to watch old movies like Betty Davis, Shirley Temple, and Beaches.

Okieladybug and I are going to a swarm on Saturday. Plus, we'll do a little retail therapy while we're in Norman.

Attending a concert Friday night and having dinner with 6 of the craziest women I know! We always have a good time when we get together!

Sunday----chill out and get ready to start doing remodel on our house by the end of the week.

Favorite movies that I'll watch Red Dawn
The Rose
Michael
Anything with Nicolas Cage in it!

Sounds like everyone will be having wonderful weekends! I'm heading to PA for a Cricut Circle Meet up, and the rest of the weekend will be some crafting for my son's school party, finishing the indoor Halloween decorating and watching a couple of movies. This is Fright week for us, so this weekend we have
Frankstein (the real version w/ Boris Karloff)
13 Ghosts (also the real version)
I hope Dracula, I won it a few days ago on evilbay, so maybe it will arrive tomorrow
No housework here!
Enjoy the weekend!

Clean up my scrapbook room/new grandbaby room (not here yet)

I just got home from out of town. I will be cleaning my scrap room. Finished up a big project, then left town to take it to the Chinese Shar-Pei Club Nationals. I was representing rescues and did a "Wall of Rescues". Stories of dogs and their pictures, by their furever owners, from different Shar-Pei Rescue groups across the US.{ I used George for most of the board.} I used the balloons to frame the stories and dogs. I left the room in a BIG BIG mess.

As usual, I will be taking dogs to the vets, and hopefully getting away Sunday to drive to the North Ga. mountains to see the foilage.

Working tomorrow, have to help bring those babies into the world.
Who knows about Sunday, my DH will be getting home from his hunting trip so its back to no control over the TV. Isn't it nice when they are gone, Becky, and we can watch what we want. LOL
Have a good weekend everybody.

Hubby is gone for the weekend too, but I have my kids (6 & 3.5 years old) to take care of.

Friday night: son's Harvest Festival at his elementary school. I'm hoping it stops raining by then!

Saturday: If I remember to make the call today, first professional haircut for oldest (and me most likely - as it's been MONTHS since I've had a trim). Hopefully finish second coat of paint in my craft room (during naptime perhaps?). With rain in the forcast, not sure what else during the day. Doing local Ghost Train ride at night with MIL and the kiddos.

Sunday: baby shower to go to in the afternoon... which means finishing the baby shower projects/gifts will be inbetween all previous activities. (at least I bought everything I needed already!).

and I'm sure somewhere after all that I'll finish working on the stupid halloween lights that magically stopped working 5 minutes after I tested them... while catching up on my 'Fringe' shows that I have recorded!

Favorite movies to watch while hubby is away:
- A Knight's Tale
- RENT
- any of the Bourne movies
- many others I have forgotten at the moment! I'm really not much of a chickflick kinda girl...

I'm hoping to finish my house cleaning tonight so I can finish almost all of the stuff I need for my December survival kits I'm making for the girls at work.

Should I get that done in a timely manner, I need to get the Sea World pics printed so I can start the scrapbook I'm making for my sister of our trip together.

And sometime in between I want to make pumpkin cookies to use up the pumpkin I have sitting in my fridge after making pumpkin bread.

Then, if I get all that done, I may watch the Martinsville NASCAR race and design my Christmas cards
.

.

.

.

.

.

.

or maybe I'll just take a nap. If not, my favorite movies are Kathrine Hepburn/Spencer Tracey or Cary Grant movies. I love Adams Rib, Bringing Up Baby, Woman Of The Year, Philadelphia Story, Holiday.

Friday is my only day to do what I want...granted it does involve housework...can't seem to create anything in my messy craftroom if the rest of the house is a mess. So, I've alreagy cleaned house, made a card for 6 year old grandson, cleaning oven so I can make him a cake tomorrow...just a brief check on message board when I saw this post...now going outside to rake and burn leaves. Suppose to rain the weekend, so while my husband sits in his recliner watching football and movies,(he hasn't gone deer hunting in years) I'll be in my craft room finishing up Halloween cards and treat bags...and maybe a run to Michaels?!?

Gone With The Wind
Romancing The Stone
and every Harry Potter

Have a great weekend!

I got all of the housework and laundry done yesterday, so I am hoping to do some major crafting this weekend. I had a really good mail day yesterday. All of the carts that I ordered over the weekend came, so I have Happy Hauntings, Country Life, Freshly Picked and Robotz to play with! :) It's supposed to be rainy here, so I'm sure we will just be spending the majority of our weekend inside...which is fine with me! :)

Last weekend was my weekend .... It was just me and the poochies all weekend .... We scrapped and made cards and straightened up our craft room...Then we got out and took some very pretty pictures of fall leaves and colorful things...
I Worked a few hours this morning, now I'm cleaning house (well I'm taking a break right this minute) .... I doubt I get any scrapping done this weekend ... We are heading to the airport tomorrow to pick up my son .... I'm excited since I haven't seen him in a year ...WooHoo .... I've been cleaning and airing his room out this morning and I put his favorite snuggly sheets on the bed ...I'll probably take my gypsy with me since it's a 2 hour drive to the airport, but I usually get sick to my stomach if I read or try to do that while riding ...We'll see.....I'm sure we'll make a stop by Cabela's and BassPro since we will be so close....
I registered the last 30 or so carts I've purchased....I started doing that last night and finished this morning .... I sure need to keep up with that better ...

I have to finish putting laundry away and vacuum and then I'm done with the house .... Maybe I'll have a little free time later to finish one of my Christmas Card designs ....

SOME of my favorite movies are

It Happened One Night
It's Love I'm After
Breakfast at Tiffany's
Gone With the Wind
Coal Miners Daughter
Walk The Line
