The USB port to my Gypsy broke. It completely came unattached and fell inside the machine. I had to send it back for a replacement (thankfully it is still under warranty). I am feeling lost without it. And now they have a special promotion. I just hope I get it back before they end the promotion. If any of you have had to get a replacement for your Gypsy, how long did it take to get it?

I am sure you will be able to get the carts after November 1st as long as your Gypsy has been registered before November 1st.

I did register it long ago when I got it right before Christmas last year. Thanks so much for your response.

I agree. I think you should be eligible for the free carts. Your broken one was registered before the due date. You can always email PC or PM Admin Kerri and find out for sure.

Oh my dear. So sorry for you. Do call PC and ask them. If your G is with them maybe they can download.But I think you can download whenever as long as you have registered. But better call and make sure
