I purchased my gypsy last spring but have never really used it--too itimidated to learn, I guess. I have linked most of my carts and have updated several times, but I have not upated in awhile; I am currently on build 0191:0193 version 1.4 and I have never updated my E. Okay--I am DETERMINED to learn how to use this; it is silly to spend this much money on something and let it sit around (LOL). So I am going to update today before this gypsy/imagine update comes out next weel. I am thinking it is going to take awhile--my question is, can I just hook my G up to the update software and let it run until it is updated. I know it is going to take awhile; will the updates all go together in one shot or will I have to do each update individually? I am SO technically challenged - I think that is part of the problem! Is there anything I need to know before I begin this "massive" update??? Any help you ladies can give me is much appreciated!!! Thanks!

it will update all the way. So feel free to leave it go while it's updating... it'll take care of itself while you're gone :D

OK: update--it says my gypsy is now up-to-date, but it did not take nearly as long as I thought. My gypsy is now version1.4 0194:0203. Is this the latest build? Thanks so much for all your help!

Seriously, check out the websites that scrapsprite listed. I have learned so much from these wonderful ladies, and feel like a pro with my gypsy. I have only had her for about 3 weeks, and am very comfortable designing already.

I updated mine last week after having it since April. I was surprised at how fast it updated and how easy it was. I'm said the same thing you did.....I'm bound to learn how to use it. LOL

OK there was a new update last night.
It was a firmware update (not sure all that it did), but if you have Celebrate with Flourish you will be able to sync it after this update. 1.4 (202:203).
