Are the subscriptions permanently lost or is this just a temporary thing? I have all kinds of ideas on there. If I had known they were going to dump it (hope not) I would have printed the items to a notebook! Very sad, mad, disappointedAngry Confused Glare Mad Huh

I have asked Admin why some members can still log into the old board and some can't. I can't login if I go through this board to the other, but if I type cricut.com in my browser, I can. I'm over there now. And, of course once you are logged in, you can see your subscriptions and use the search feature and such.

The whole read PC left the old MB is so we could access all the valuable info there. If you try several different ways to get to the old MB and still can't log in (remember, even if it says Welcome Back and your name, you may not be logged in. Go by how it shows you logged in on the forum. If it says Guest, you aren't really logged in.), I would call PC and have them help you.

WOOOHOOO! Thanks Scraplette! I was able to go to www.cricut.com, login and then access my subscriptions. Remember, it should say: Welcome back, (your name) and logged in as: (your name). If these are both identified as you, you should be able to access your subscriptions. I think which link you click on also matters. I went to www.cricut.com then logged in and then clicked on Message Board on left hand side. If you go to community in center of screen it seems to take you to the new board Hope this helps. BigGrin

Thanks for all the help/suggestions. I've tried and tried and tried them--still no luck Shows me signed in the old board with Welcome back "V" but the logged in area shows "Guest". Guess I will have to try calling Provo Craft help. I was able to see my subscriptions up until yesterday--then oooops where did they go. Go figure. Still sadConfused Angry Glare Mad Huh

I type cricut.com in my browser.
Even if it says Welcome Back Paulette, I click logout.
Then I click sign in.
Once I enter my email and password, I click the community tab at the top of the forum.
Then I click on MB on the menu on the left, not the one in the block that says join the discussion now.
And then, I'm in.

But, like I said, I don't know why it works for some and not others.
