How do you get the pjs from one cartridge to fit the bear from another cartridge?

Thanks

Both the overalls for the Farmer and the Teddy Bear {and other items} are all on the Teddy Bear Parade cart.

However, I have used CCR to resize clothes from one cart to fit an image from another cart. In CCR, you can stretch or shorten an image as much as you want. I used the body from Teen Scene Paper Dolls and the dress from Groovy Times to make this doll.

And this is how it looked when I designed it in CCR.
