my connection between my gypsy port to the cricut has fallen inside the gypsy unit

does anyone know how or where I can fix this in the uk?

please please help me

Before Cricut offered a repair service, many people took their gypsy to a small appliance repair shop to have the USB port re soldered. Would this be an option for you?

I had the same problem with my G last year & I sent it to a great company called Reflow Repairs, I have added a link to them for you. They are mega helpful & they even called me to keep me updated.
