Hello!! I just got a Cricut Mini for christmas. I went through all the steps to make a cut but it wasn't cutting. I have looked and I believe that it isnt the blade housing but maybe the actual arm not moving up and down. Any suggestions??? Thanks for your help!!

If the arm is not moving up and down, then try to return the machine to the store you got it from and exchange it. Some won't accept returns but I bought my first E at walmarts and the arm wasn;t going up and down to cut. I returned it and purchased a different one with them and bought their extended 3 year warrenty.

If the store won't take it back..contact CS at cricut and they will help you with returning the broken machine and getting a new one sent to you.
