Can I use any kind of paper with my e2 or does it have to be with the brand? My local craft store only has the 6 x 12 sheets. Thought I could use scrapbooking paper or other cardstock that I have on hand...

You do not need to stick with the brand of your machine. My favorites are American Craft cardstock and DCWV (Die Cuts with a View). For white, I like to buy the ream of Georgia Pacific at Walmart. It is very inexpensive and cuts very well. Others will probably give their favorites that they use in their machines as well. BigGrin

I buy the same brand, Georgia Pacific in black too.

You can use whatever cardstock and papers you want to use. Just know that some brands work better than others. I have also used the packs that ya can find in the chain craft stores..the 8.5x11 sheets. Ya get around 50 sheets for $5 (cheaper if ya get it while on sale)

My favorite cardstock to use for color is Michaels Recollections brand. It cuts nicely.

I also use Georgia Pacific cardstock the white and black.

Very thin paper or cardstock does not cut well in the cricut. It will tear it up and cause you frustration.

I just signed up for the Craft tonight. I am so ready to pull my hair out. First question is after you purchase a digital item, where does it go? I have an email stating it was paid??? I wanted to use this site sooooooooooooo bad.....have two machines, but excited about being able to pick and choose my image...I have only purchased four cartridges.

Does anyone know?......Thanks in advance.

When you purchase a digital cartridge or link a physical, they should be listed under the MY CARTRIDGES category so you can find them easily. But they will also be in the ALL CARTRIDGES section and in bolder print than carts you don't own are.

I typically don't enjoy the Georgia Pacific black at Walmart because I find that the entire paper isn't dyed the black-just the outer surfaces. So when you cut into the cardstock you have white edges around your image instead of a nice solid black.
