Thanks: 1 times
I've borrowed my daughter's Cricut Expression machine but need some help.

I loaded the paper, cartridge etc and set the various dials as per my instructions. I was using the Ribbons and Rosettes cartridge and set it to cut a border 1" x 11". However, when I set it to cut, it only cut 1" x 2". What have I done wrong?

Be sure, before you place the image on the mat, you have selected RELATIVE DIAL down at the bottom of the images screen (same line where we use the SHIFT key in CCR).

You would need to do this on your CRICUT machine if you're not using CCR. Just be sure you have selected RELATIVE DIAL.

The image should actually lay out on the mat at 1X11" when you have placed it there; be sure you are SAVING your project before you CUT. I'm sure you did; just making sure.
