Ok, I need some help. I purchased a cricut and am looking for a specific font. However, I do not know what it is called! It looks almost like a Times New Roman font, but has a fancy scroll work border around it. I want to put this on the front of a light block and have purchased supplies, but not a cartridge. Please, help!!!

Go check Narelle's Cricut font reference. She has a sample of all the Cricut fonts and which cart they are on.

Are you thinking of the Regal font? It is not available on a cartridge. If you have seen it online, it was probably cut with a different brand of machine....

Here is Regal font:

And after I split it to be able to add names in the center (non Cricut):

I know that there are some instructions floating around on how to split letters using the Cricut, and maybe you can add some shapes and swirls to make something similar? Check out Scrapalettes link to see what fonts you can purchase for the Cricut.

Here is a link to the font - you could always use it to print for a card or something. It is a neat font!! Regal Font by Aldus
