They are super easy!

As for how to mail them, you can use a regular envelope. These cards fold flat.

Cut 2 pieces of cardstock (same size) - mine are 5 x 7
On both ends of both pieces, score at 1/2" & 1"
Cut a circle in the center of oneof the pieces.
Decorate as desired.
You tape the 1/2 inch scored section together front and back.
