I purchased a gypsy on ebay and when I received it I tried to update using the cricut sync. However it stops and tells me Bridge error, sync failed to connect to the bridge. Does anyone know what this error is and how I can fix it?

Hello! A bridge error is usually caused when your antivirus is blocking the application from working. Please call customer service at 877-7cricut.
