My old Cricut Create kicked the bucket two years ago opening the door for a new machine(an Expression 2 BigGrin ) I have held onto the Create in the hopes that it would somehow get functioning again but after going back and forth with customer service it seems to be kaput. What to do with it? I hate to just toss it but is that my only alternative? Can I recycle it? Is there someone out there that wants them that can repair them?

I've not heard of anyone that repairs Cricuts {besides PC when they get a broken one returned under warranty and they replace it and refurb the broken one}.

Although, I have seen some listed on ebay clearly stating they are non-working units, I'd probably pull the easy-to-remove parts {blade housing unit, little screw from the swing arm, power cord} and save them and toss the rest.
