About two weeks ago I saw that ProvoCraft was offering the option of mailing in the Gypsy with a Blue Light/Black Screen to get it serviced. I went online, paid my money, printed my FEDEX labels (they paid for it going and coming back) and I paid for the extra packing to insure it's safe arrival. In about a week or less I received my Gypsy back in WORKING condition again. YAY!!! I didn't lose anything that was loaded including projects I had saved and it had been updated so I could link newer cartridges. YAY YAY YAY for Provo Craft!!! Thank you for fixing one of my absolute favorite tools. Love Love Love

Please tell me they are still doing this!! Where did you see they were and may I please have the website address?? Thank you. I have been really upset about my Gypsy.

Could you email me what to do? I bought a Gypsy and can't get it to update on my dail-up internet. I think it would be best to send it in.

You may want to give PC a call so they can help troubleshoot before you send your Gypsy in for repair. Customer Service 1-877-727-4288.
