I am so impressed by the level of customer support (and thrilled because I have an issue). I just wanted everyone who is starting to know that they are helpful. Just call Customer Service - don't hesitate if you have a problem.

I am so glad they resolved your issues. Yes I have had very good results the times I have called. I just wish that Provocraft would be as good as their customer service.

I wish I could second that emotion . . . but I so can't.Mad I've been working to try to get my CCR/Gypsy issue resolved since the G update. Several calls and emails later~nothing. I called last Thursday and CS said they were going to access my computer to try to figure it out and call me back on Friday. LAST Friday. Never happened. No response to emails EVER and I have to track down info from CS EVERY time they promise to do something and don't do it (or call/email back). I got great CS one time with an expression issue but since then, it's been awful.

Oh I'm sorry..I know how that feels - I have had a horrible time with Kobo.
Hope you get some help.
