I am new to the Cricut world. I have just recently purchased the mini & I set it up on one of our laptops. It was working like I thought it should so I set it up on our new laptop. Then I carried the machine to my mom's house to show her how cool it is & put it on their laptop. Now, I do not like our new laptop so I went back to the original one but I can't cut because I get an error that says I have authorized 2 of 2 computers & can't authorize another one until October. Can anyone tell me how I can unauthorize one of them so I can start cutting again?

I think you have to call Customer Support on Monday & have them reset you.

Dose anyone know how to check if you already linked a computer? I had bought a new laptop and I remember downloading CCR, but I don't know if I liked it. I ended up having to return it because it didn't work right.

I had lost everything when my computer crashed and when I got the new one (Windows 8) and I re installed CCR. When I opened it and signed in I also had the pop up about being authorized on 2 computers (mine and my daughters) and then it asked if I wanted to un authorize them both. I clicked yes and then re authorized them both. No CS involved. But it may be different for different computers.

Thanks for the info...I'll try uninstalling & if that doesn't work, I'll call CS tomorrow.
