PLEASE..SOMEONE..P/C CONTACTED..TRIED SEVERAL WAYS TO GET THE SYNC back IN MY COMPUTER..AFTER HOOKING UP WITH THEM MY GYPSY HAS LOST EVERYTHING. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT A TECH WILL CALL ME TO HELP. WELL MISSED THEIR CALL. WAITING AGAIN. I EMAILED MY CELL PHONE NUMBER..CAN'T MISS THEIR CALL NOW,I HAVE MY CELL ON ME BECAUSE I'M HANDICAPPED AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED..THE PHONE IS NEAR ..IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. MY GYPSY WAS GOOD-NO PROBLEMS..UNTILL HOOKED UP..THE RESPONSE I SEE IS>>>>>>>DEVICE IS CONNECTED ,BUT NOT RESONDING. ???

Did you disable your anti-virus program when you tried syncing? Many anti-virus program's block Cricut sync. You either need to exit out of it before you open cricut sync or added cricutsync,exe as an exception/exclusion to your a/v program. PC can walk you through that process but if you tell us what anti-virus program you have there might be some info on the board already that might help.
