I'm sorry you're having so much trouble getting a good machine; we have heard of other instances where this has happened to others, too.

I wouldn't give up just yet. It sounds like PC is at least getting another MINI to you when you tell them your problems. I know it's a hassle when you have to go through such hoops (because it has to be very, very frustrating what you're going through), but HANG IN THERE.

Please, please give it another chance. I think you'll be happy you did (but, it should have happened sooner than later).

DO YOU OWN ANY OTHER CRICUT MACHINES, in the meantime? If so, have they served you well? I hope so.

I love my mini so much that I have two. One is at home and the other is at my daughters. If the problem is the blade housing then it should be an easy fix. Hopefully they will send you a new one and your run of bad luck will be over!!!!

Sorry you are having such a negative experience. I have a Mini, and I like it for how small it is as compared to my Expression. I also have the very first Cricut the version 1 Personal, and I liked it too, but got an Expression because I needed a bigger cutting surface for the things I was making. Now that I'm making mostly just cards, I use my Mini.

Hope you get back on track soon.

When you make your first cut, be sure you have the blade screwed in rather tight. It really needs to be tight to stay put.

Hope this time you will get up and going and LOVE your MINI like many of us do!

Let us know!!
