I have an Expression 2 that Ive had a little over a year. While the machine was cutting out some simple words on medium stock paper it suddenly lost power mid cut and now it wont turn back on. The power adaptor still has a green light but the machine just wont turn on. I've even tried different power oulets so I have no idea whats wrong. Has this happened to anyone else?

Is the power cord plugged into the back of the E2 securely?
