I am very new to this. I ordered a few digital cartridges today and when I attempted to cut it I was given a msg to insert cartridge. Can someone tell me what I done wrong?

Hello! Once you have purchased digital cartridges they will move to your "My cartridges" section in Cricut Craft Room. If you do not see them turn off Craft Room and restart. Also, remember that if you purchased digital images through Cricut.com you will need to log into Craft Room under that same account to be able to see them. I hope this helps.
