so..i had to redo my laptop back to factory setting the other day and i just reinstalled cricut craft room back onto my laptop...but none of the carts i linked are showing up on my account...and i was researching how to relink my carts and its saying that WE CANT...that is freaking ridiculous...its my account they r going back into....is there a way to do this or am i just gonna have to play with my cricut through my machine....

Sounds strange since the carts should be in your CCR account you should be able to get to them thru any computer..i don't use but hopefully someone comes along to give you a response, or you can all the support number and they should be able to help you. Click on Support at the bottom of the page.
