I received the Cricut Imagine today for Christmas and I followed all the directions and was able to successfully load the "Imagine More" cartridge with the update included. When I went to put in the other two cartridges that came with the machine, they weren't read. It was just a blank screen. I then researched and saw that I needed to download the Cricut sync on my computer so I did so and it kept saying the machine was not responding. Any help or suggestions??
