I was just looking through the Sunday sale ads and lo and behold there was the baby bug advertised at Kroger (for those who don't know, Kroger is a grocery store)! Where will they show up next?!!LOL

Isn't that crazy? I was shopping there this week and saw a display in the store! Guess it is a good way for women to sneak crafting supplies into the grocery budget. LOL

I'm with you, what next?? Maybe your doctors office. Maybe insurance will pay for it. LOL
I was wondering what kind of bird you have? I have a very spoiled Senegal Parrot. he is sitting on my hand as I am trying to type. Seems there are quite a few people on the board with birds.

Diana my bird Sparkles was a spoiled cockatiel. He was my baby for 16 years but has gone on to the rainbow bridge. My DH and I really miss him but we haven't decided on another yet! He had so much personality! I'm happy to see some other bird lovers out there!

I am sorry for your loss. You can really learn to love the little buggers. They do have loads of personality. Since you are such a bird lover maybe I can will mine to you when I die. Heard they can live to be 40. He is 13 now and I am not sure I will outlive him. My kids hate him becaues he has bonded to me and isn't the nicest to them. I really do worry about what will happen to him.
Sorry about hijacking your thread. Should have PM'd you. Attatching a picture of him.
Let me know if you get another one.

They are even selling the Cricut at Menards (hardware store in our area)

My hubby got me the Expression for my birthday . . . only $179! And they had carts for $22.50!

They must not have this in our area yet -- I was just there yesterday, and didn't see anything like this. I've heard of one-stop shopping, but this really takes it to an extreme!

I was trying to think of where I saw the announcement that some supermarkets were going to be carrying Cricut things and it came to me the weekly news letter has had it posted for about three or four weeks now. I just ignore it because none of the stores are in my area. I am still waiting for the Thanksgiving and Christmas carts to make their way east!

Linda thanks for sharing the cute picture of your buddy. Smile You are correct that they tend to bond to one person but our little fellow would go to either my DH or me. Funny thing was that if he got really scared, he would run to me first!
