Hi all..... I did get my wonderful package today..... I'll post the pics later! I get so lucky each time with wonderful partners!

This past weekend was a crop that I go to twice a year.... There's only 208 of us..... just a few of my favorite friends! Anyway... It always sells out on sign up day in less than 45 minutes! Since Thursday I think I've had about 5 hours of sleep and have a mound of laundry to do before Thursday. DH and I are judging at the American Royal in Kansas City.

And to answer a question... yes we have had bbq that didn't taste very good.... we've had meat that wasn't cooked all the way. There is a lot to look at, taste and make sure the meat itself is tender. For the most part.... we get wonderful que!!!!

Post more later.....

Ronnie.... Beach Bum

Ronnie, that purse is so pretty with the purple and green.
I also like the way you used a tin purse. So cute!

Evelyn, yours is pretty too and I just also used that same
paper for a banner project.

Oh my gosh, what a great purse!! Love Steampunk or G45 in general!

The crop in Atlanta was awesome. It was Circle Mania -- the girls did a great job putting it together. We had great make and takes, swag bag, food, and got to meet a lot of other cricut lovers. Got into Fl. late last night and been taking cat naps all day today. Rebecca, I called to post office and told them I was going to be here for the next month and would be recieving mail, so you can send my purse here.....can't wait to see!!

Well, here I go, yawning again...LOL

Gayle~ So happy to hear from you! Glad you had a great time in Atlanta. Sounds like it was a lot of fun. I love the idea of doing a make and take crop. I've been thinking about it a lot! I will put your purse in the mail later today! I have to check to make sure I still have your FL address and didn't delete it Flapper I don't think I did!

Hi to all the other Maggie Sisters~ Hope you all have a wonderful day

Good Morning Maggie Sisters!

Sitting here eating my first piece of pumpkin pie for the season and drooling over pictures!!

Evelyn/Gail...beautiful purse! Love all the fall theme that is goin on!! I do have one question though...the cat leg...did Evelyn send that too? I always heard a rabbit foot is good luck but am kinda concerned about what the cat leg is! LOL!!! Cat's can be so nosy!!!

Think that is the only one posted I hadn't commented on yet...still a few more to see!!

Gayle and Ronnie...those crops sound like so darn much fun! Wish mine were that big, but sadly I have fewer coming this year than last year...Crying and that is no where near 208!!

Gayle, glad to hear you made it to Fl. safely. Enjoy!

I have ended up with the day off today due to the only daycare child I was suppose to have being sick, so maybe I will be able to get something done!! Have a good day everyone!

MMMMM.... Pumpkin pie.... my favorite!!!! I'm on my way Janice, save me a piece!!! LOL!!!
Bill has decided to have our wrap up meeting from the turkey banquet here, so I've been busy cleaning and planting mums and decorating the outside! We will have the firepit going and try to enjoy a cool evening tomorrow. Since we never got a hot tub and have a great concrete slab, we may as well us it!!!!
Haven't checked the status of Rhonda's purse, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have made it there already!!!
Going to go put out a couple little scarecrows with Kaitlyn...
Have a great evening!!

Hi Maggie Sisters~

Rhonda~ I love Kip Moore! I'm soooooooo jealousDrool Drool Drool I would love to see him in concert. That's sounds like a great night to me!
BigGrin HAPPY ANNIVERSARYBigGrin

Gayle~ I'm so sorry I didn't make it to the PO this afternoon. I'm having car troubles and DH is out of town and won't be back till tomorrow. He thinks it's the alternator, an easy fix if so, so that would be good. Hoping it's not something bigger/more expensive...

Janice~ My DD & DH love pumpkin pie and I will be making lots over the next several months. On Thanksgiving Day I have to make 4 because they go so fast. Tonight my DD is making Dark Choc. Fudge Cake for me since I've had a rough day! BigGrin BigGrin Love that girl!

Jess~ I've loved seeing all the wonderful purses and can't wait to see the rest. I can't wait for Gayle to see hers...I'm always so nervous before my partner gets hers.

All of the crops sound amazing. I would love to participate in one sometime soon. I'll have to keep looking for ways to work it into my schedule.

I've had a long exhausting day and it's still not over yet! I'm going to decompress and see how my night goes. Hope you all have a very pleasant evening

Janice, count me in a a pumpkin pie lover too! Wish I could have made it to your crop....I checked the mileage and it was about 8 hrs. Atlanta is about 6 and gets me halfway to my Oct. stay in Florida, so it worked out well this year. If it's 5 or 6 hours, count me in, I can handle that. BigGrin

Rebecca, no worries. Just so excited to get it...I know I'll love it!

Happy anniversary Rhonda! Enjoy the consert and dinner!

Guess I'll lister to the debate tonight to see if I can read between the rhetoric!

Hi Gayle~

Your purse went postal today. Here is the DC #0311 3260 0001 7600 2352

I can't wait till you get it! Flapper Flapper

Just wanted to let you know a few things. First, when I covered the inside around the edge it made it a little difficult to open the clasp. Second, I couldn't figure out how to attach the handle so I added it to the little clasp closure. If you don't like it feel free to remove it Crying Crying

I really just didn't know what else to do. DH and I looked for several ways to attach and couldn't see any way of doing it without ruining the wood. Now, I'm just crossing my fingers and waiting to see what you think. It should be there Friday or Saturday. BigGrin BigGrin

Hope you have a great night

~Rebecca
