I received my Imagine today. Everything is working fine until I try editing on the original cartridges. the machine then reboots. I can edit with the imagine art cartridges.

I think I am doing the correct steps: pick the image, then hit the green pencil and you should be able to edit color. Correct??

when I hit the green pencil the machine reboots.

Unfortunately I did not get home from work to play with my new toy until PC was closed. I will contact them in the morning.

I tried unplugging both carts, and unplugging the machine. No success.

Any advice would be great.

I am having the same problem with mine. I got on here hoping someone would have a simple solution to get it working. Confused Hope it's not something that requires the machine to be sent back. I think I will call them tomorrow too. Hope we can get it figured out!

This sounds stupid but take your power cord and turn it over. this may reslove your issue.

Same thing happened to me....turn your machine on without a cartridge....Once the welcome screen finishes and goes to the cut and print screen insert your Imagine Art Cart....Once that is loaded and shows up on the screen....Insert your original cart. Wait and it should now show up on the screen. Once this has loaded you are good to go. Let me know if you have any problems.

The same thing happened to me first put in your orginal cart let it load and then put in the imagine cart let it load and then at the bottom pick the orginal cart icon. That is how I got it to work and it worked just fine.
