Hi, the only reason I got the Cricut mini was to cut shrink plastic. I got mine and set it up , no problem. Loaded my plastic on the mat and sent it into the machine to cut. I did several tries including slowing down the speed, multi cuts, deeper pressure but the cuts did not go through the plastic. It did however score the top of the plastic. Would I need to change the blade to the deep cut blade? Thank you in advance for the help

Oh by the way I also tried using thicker scrapbook paper and it didn't cut the eighter.

on the regular cricut it's blade depth 5, pressure 5 multicut 3 so you might want to try that

I haven't tried cutting shrink plastic yet w/ my MINI but I would recommend 2 things. A deep blade (the housing is Blue) and cutting multiple times like 3.. I have to do that w/ my expression or Imagine so I would suspect probably the same w/ the mini.
