It seems that buying LONG continuous rolls instead of the 12x24 would save on waste for doing long phrases. How do you use the long rolls though? How would you use the 12x24 pieces to do long phrases? I haven't done anything my Expression yet because I'm not sure which size vinyl is best to purchase. THANKS!

You would cut it to size.

When I was first trying to figure out vinyl, I bought some sample sets on line of Oracal 631 and 651 and Siser EasyWeed. That allowed me to get several colors and play with it first.

Not sure if that helps.
