I was just trying to update my Gypsy and the USB port pushed in!!Angry Its a good thing I am still on warranty, and its a good thing I can still hook it up to my E cause I am going to big crop on Saturday!

I will call Provo Craft tomorrow. Do they usually send out the tag to return it quickly??

The same thing happened to me a while back. I will say, that it took a couple tries to get the mail ticket to send it back - first try, they said they emailed it to me for me to print, but I never got it, so I called them back a couple days later. Second try, it was 3-day delivered to my house via Fed Ex. So I'd say it was a little over a week from the time I first called them until I was actually able to send it back. Pretty good.

After that, it was about 2 weeks before I got a shipping notice that my G was on it's way back home. All in all, not that bad a time frame. Hope this helps. Good luck! Smile
