What a great idea! I was wanting to make an advent calendar but didn't want a huge bulky one. This is perfect! Thanks for sharing! Love

I made these out of 2 4 inch coasters from Micheals. One for front and one for back. Cover coaster with Christmas paper and sand edges and I inked the edges. I covered back to to match. I used Bind it all to put the the 1&1/4 inch numbers from jasmine cartridge on the 1&1/2 inch tab from Christmas Cheer. You can just cut a 1&1/2 inch rectangle by 5/8and punch hoes with cropidile. Round off corners. Then I decorated the front and used cricut to put DAYS TIL on the front. Took a piece of scrap cardboard and put between the front and back bottom cut at 3&1/2 inchs and rounded corners and scored in have and used cropidile to punch two holes about an inch from sides at the bottom. Tied ribbon in holes to hold the cardboard to make a easel to hold it up.
Numbers go from 0 to 9 on first set and 1 to 0 on second set.
Atleast 3/4 inch bind it all wires.
Small width ribbon
embellishments for front (santas and snowmen, I had a hard time finding things)
vinyl for numbers
white cardstock
also line the number tabs with the holes so they will turn over the wires

I hope this helps

anything else PM me.

thanks for asking for directions
