I just saw that same thing. I was wondering if we could buy less than that. I'm willing to do 12 at a time, but not 144. yikes!

framing supplies.com has the atg tape that is acid free. I priced it out and it's around 3.50 per roll plus shipping (w/ shipping to my house, it ends up being around 4.15 per roll). This is wehre I got my tape last time with no problems. Just was hoping to find it for less money, but may need to buy it at this price when the need rolls around.

We have ordered less than 144 from Tape Depot. I think that is where LGuild orders ours from. Matter of fact she has started ordering use the 60 yard rolls so we don't have to change as often.

Michaels with a coupon if you have one near you that carries it. I buy the 924 adhesive. I got my last order from Framingsupplies.com.

If you go to the drop down box and click on 12 roll sub case then to the next drop down box you will be getting 12 rolls for 23.00.

If you find the tape depot on ebay, you can get a pack of 12 rolls 1/4 inch acid free tape for 22.95 with free shipping. Same tape, same distributer, and about $7 cheaper. BigGrin

How many of you use this tape for scrapbooking? It says it's acid free. yes?
How well does it hold? I like something that is premanent over time, but initially I like to be able to move things around a time or two when I'm not happy with the location or something of the sort. Right now I am using the scotch gold (I think that's it-- acid free and a little under 4.00 a roll from framingsupplies.com???).

forgot to post the link of what I am referring to:

I am doing a tape share right now for the JVCC 7502 tape. It is $22 for 12 rolls shipped. I only have about 8 spots left. Email me if you are interested.

Our last order came from Framing Supply. Great service and prices.

I had ordered from Tape Depot in the past though. I think the reason I ordered from FS this time was because I found their packing slip in the almost empty tape box I had on the shelf!

Getting the longer rolls is great since I was using an entire roll of the ATG Gold in an evening making cards. Sometimes even more than that! I got tired of changing rolls.

3M High Tack Adhesive Transfer Tape for ATG #987 60 yard rolls is what I order from Framing Supply

I even contacted 3M about the difference in the tape. They cannot say that it's acid free because they haven't tested it BUT it's the same composition as another tape they do sell that's tested acid free. They just can't make that claim because they don't have actual test results to put on their Material's Sheet.
