My DD loves pink too. Great layout, but the strawberry bread sounds even better.

It's not letting me PM you, so here it is.

Strawberry Bread

1 Cup Butter, softened
1 ½ Cups Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp Lemon Extract
4 Eggs
3 Cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cream of Tarter
½ tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Strawberry Jam or Jelly
½ Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Pecans, chopped, optional

Grease 2 loaf pans. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, lemon, and eggs
until light and fluffy. Combine flour, salt, cream of tarter, and soda,
set aside. Combine jam and sour cream; stir into flour mix. Combine
flour mixture with creamed mixture; mix well. Bake 50-60 minutes.

I'm going to try it with blackberry jam and I'll let you know how it turns out.

Probably won't be until late next week though. I have to get ready to go see DD and DGD this weekend.
