Is there a way to organize the many CCR files into different folders and still be able to open them (not import them). If not, how do you manage your several categories of projects -- birthday, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc?

You can't sort your projects into categories in CCR itself, but you can sort them by either the date saved, or by name. The default appears to be by date saved. Click on the Project Name heading to sort them in ascending order. Click it again to sort in descending order.

Sorting them by name could be more useful if you titled you projects appropriate eg. Christmas, T'Giving etc then the project name.

The only other way is to export them to your computer and sort them there (but you have to do that one file at a time.... ) then sort them into folders there. But as you said... you'd have to import the file back into CCR when you want to use it.
