Ok, I finally bit the bullet and spent some reward points on a Circle membership and guess what, when I ask support, they tell me that the Circle message board is not working and they do not know when it will be fixed.

That's weird, 'cuz the Circle forums are part of this MB on the same server {you just can't see them if you're not a Circle member}.

And, I'm reading them now {realizing my post is 40 minutes or so after yours}.

But, if you just bought your membership with reward points, your "purchase" isn't complete until you get the email with the code and enter the code in cricut.com on the shopping page.

yes scrapalette, I did complete the order process and spoke with someone in customer service today and she was able to help me get access to the circle part of the rewards site but she said IT is working on the message board access and there is no time frame for a fix to getting that access, maybe it is just access for new members that isn't working at this time
I was so looking forward to getting access since I finally took the plunge Drool

OK. I have read that other's who have joined using rewards points {since Aug!} still can't access the Circle forums. Hope they have a fix soon! Huh

me too scrapalette, I thought that I had seen that they had the problem fixed or I might have waited to join, other than I really wanted the charmed cartridge BigGrin

I joined August 7 and received my cart three days later, but I still can not see the Circle forum.

Its been over an month since I joined the circle and still don't have access to the mb. Wondering if things would have been different if I hadn't joined using reward points. Seems rather strange that previous members are able to access the mbs and new members can't. Oh well this is a great lesson in patience.

I joined mid july with reward points and still no circle MB access nor access to the 1000 reward points for circle carts (they still show up as 3000).

So it has now been 2 months since new members have not been able to get into the Circle Message Boards, that stinks, you would think that would be an easy fix. Hopefully they fix it soon and then forward date all our memberships to the date that they get it fixed, not really fair to have a membership to something that you can't access Crying Angry Huh Mad Mellow

You would think they would give you all a reasonable explanation as to what is going on.....furthermore, it wouldn't hurt if they came on here and let EVERYONE know. I mean, it only hurts their company more when we ALL see this going on. It doesn't seem right that it would take any IT Department this long to FIX such a problem (as others have pointed out).

I, personally, would be very frustrated. YES, those of us who bought with REWARDS who were already on here are okay. We're still here.

It just makes the company look bad.......and they need to start looking good, somewhere?

Cricket CMV- I asked them to do just that awhile ago and the CS rep answered me as if I was asking something very outlandish. So I explained a second time and was told- we'll pass it on- oh yea.. I believe that one too. Of course this was after I asked if everything was working yet and was told yes and I said if you would look at you recent forum posts you would find out that was not true and then was told they could work around it. Well I guess not yet. hmmm. BJR.

No that doesnt matter, i paid with $$$ and still don't have access to the message board..i do have everything else that goes along with it, access to the rewards section, 10% discount, free shipping, etc.

Did you ever do the live chat? It only takes them a few minutes to get you access to the rewards section, but you have to either call or do the live chat.

IMHO it is not priority- but maybe just maybe they should have had it working before telling us about the renewal etc. I keep thinking about it but then I could not use it so why do it yet. You would think I would be getting interest on all my unused points. Laugh BJR.

People keep thinking the reward program will be gone, hope you don't hold off to long on using what you have, at least you could have gotten a bunch of the 1000 point carts and sold them get your money back. BigGrin
