Angry I hope there is somewhere out there who can help me. I am fairly new to the cricut bug. I have recently tried to link my cartridges to the craftroom, but am have major troubles. I can't link them, and called provo to find out that it might be the usb cord. I received a new one from them, tried to update the firmware tonight and got stuck again. It has been on the first part of the update firmware for over 3 hours now. If anyone out there has any suggestions, please let me know.
Thank you, Virginia

Sometimes you need to turn off your firewall.

Hello! We would be happy to assist you through customer service again! Please give us a call! We do not recommend turning off the firewall, however you may need to add exceptions in to your antivirus. We have lots of ways to help, it just takes finding the right piece of the puzzle!
