hi all, I currently have the personal cutting machine and I am wanting to update (im wanting one with the bigger mat). just wanting peoples opinions on which machine I should get??? thanks BigGrin BigGrin

Well since you want the bigger mat which would be 12 x 12, there are only two machines, the Expression and the Expression 2.

The Cricut Expression is the one that will let you do the 12 x 24 mat & in my opinion it is the most versatile machine!

You can use the 12x24 mat in either of the two machines. I use mine in the E2 all the time. Smile

The E2 has more features and the most updated Cricut technology. The screen allows you to see where the images will cut thus allowing you to cut several images from different color papers in one pass. With the E, you would have to manually move the blade to the next color paper before cutting.
