Celebrating my BD this weekend. Will have to start dieting next week, because all celebrations seem to be based around food . Signing up for gym membership too, been so sedentary lately. They have a gentle yoga class, so thought I'd start with that first. Some people are almost finished with this swap???YIKES!!!

This thread is getting slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. These are due to be mailed out in two weeks and 5 days. The due date is creeping up on us.

QOD: What types of sprays do you like (i.e. Lindy's, Glimmer Mist, Heidi, etc) or do you even use them?

I've tried, Smooch, Lindy's and Perfect Pearls ... so far the perfect pearls are the only ones that the spray hasn't clogged ... I do paint on the Lindy's

I have several Glimmer Mists but it bugs me when they clog. Lately I've just been mixing distress reinker/water and perfect pearls powder to a mini mister and making my own sprays.

Lindy's has recently announced that they have developed a sprayer that will not clog. They will replace your old sprayers at no cost, no matter how many you need. You can order them on line. I needed three of them the last time and they work beautifully.

I haven't had the Heidi Swap spray's or the Dylusions sprays clog. The only ones I have a problem with now are the Glimmer Mists.

I use them to paint with, to spray on embellishments and projects, I use them to dye canvas, I blend it with white paint to create custom colors, dye seam binding ribbon, spray using stencils, blend with modeling paste to create custom colors, take the lid off and use a paint brush to splatter so I get bigger splats, use it to highlight objects, mixed media backgrounds, dye my hands - just kidding but they end up that way half the time.

I have

Lindy's Stamp Gang - my overall favorite...I love the different types depending on what I need to use it for. Have to buy online.

Heidi Swap - A close second. There are only 12 or 13 colors, but they are absolutely gorgeous. They by far have the most vibrant and most sheen of any spray I have ever seen. Sold at Michael's. So worth it. They have a beautiful bronze that will make you melt. The Teal is drop dead beautiful.

Dylusions - These do not have glimmer, but the colors are very vibrant.

Mr Hueys - These do not have glimmer, they are vibrant as well. I do love the white and recommend this white over other brands.

Fireworks - STINK I have twelve tiny bottles that I don't use. They clog every blasted spray.

Glimmer mists - the vibrancy of the color depends on how much you spray. There is glimmer but I don't think nearly as much as Lindy's and Heidi's. They are a good go to spray, but just not my favorite. Well - except coffee shop and peach delight - do love those. If you spray peach delight on raw chipboard. 2 coats - it looks copper.

Tsuniko - not impressed.

Two weeks, wow! didn't realized it was coming up so quickly. I've been finishing up my basement so haven't been crafting much... guess I better get into my craft room.

I like Tattered Angels; I haven't had too much issue with clogging. I like the colors and have tons of them.

I was looking at the calendar this weekend, realizing next weekend, which is also Mother's Day, is my only weekend to craft before the 18th! And of course, I will be busy cooking on Sat. for Sunday's picnic. So I'm going to try to work evenings on these, but I was thinking that I may have to discuss with Melody mailing after the 18th, just so I could craft on the 18th, if need be, and then mail out on Monday or Tuesday instead.

And so nice of you to include Isadora too! I think you've done that before too!

Great job!

Checking in. I should be ok for the 18th due date. I have half of the tags done and just need to sit down to finish the rest. Wish I could take these crafts to the track while my girls are running! But it's been either crazy windy or insanely hot lately.

Hope everyone had a good weekend.
