Hubby took me to a Michaels today because we were within 25 miles. And I got a lot for $30!! I was actually able to partake in the awesome Daily Deals and the $5 12x12 paper pads! BigGrin

I wanted to get one of the Jetmax cubes aka recollections cubes, but hubby talked me out of it.

I got $5 worth of 8 for $1 12x12 open stock paper. Got lots of shimmery paper!

And an Iris scrapbook thingy for $2.98.

Then I used my 50% off coupon on replacement blades for my paper trimmer. LOL

Hubby just knew it was going to be more than $30. HA! He was quite surprised at the total.

You did good for $30. I ended up getting three of the DCWV stacks, regularly $19.99 for $5.00 each, along with several of the 8 l/2 x ll packs for $2.00 each. My favorite was the 25 foam brushes for $1.00. I use those a lot and don't mind throwing them away at that price (if I forget to wash them right away.)I also got a couple of Darice embossing folders at AC Moore for $1.99. Love when those are on sale. I spent a little more than $30, but still some good prices.BigGrin

Thanks! BigGrin I hardly ever get in on the good deals, but today I did! Wub

I was going to get some of the foam brushes too, but... I did not see them until I was in line to checkout, and my hubby has this weird thing that once you are in line no getting back out to get something. Glare

Oh and I also got 4 of the 5 for $7 photo boxes. Their were all Paris themes, but for that price I don't care. LOL

Oh that's a good deal!
I was at AC Moore today and got out of there for under $30!!
I got a Darice embossing folder for $1.99 (basket weave really cute can't wait to use it), the Large embossing folder organizer ( for 5X 7 folders, I already have one for the smaller folders in which I have both large and small embossing folders) for 11 dollars (40 percent off on sale), picked up another skein of yarn for the pocketbook I am trying to knitScared Angry Cursing Cursing LOL as well as another set of knitting needles and needle markers . Used 50 off coupon on either the needles or the yarn not sure and 15 % off for teacher discount!! I'm a happy camper.
Now I have to stop fooling around here and get some school work done that I have put off all week long (Easter VacationBigGrin BigGrin , ) I'm just like the kids.
Enjoy your haul!

Oh that sounds nice the embossing folder holder. I wish we had an AC Moore around here, but they all went out of business. Glare

Hope you get your work done!

I purchased a bunch of the Sn@p items, which were only 25% off, then a B plate for the cuttlebug and a roll of washi tape. Spend about $50! Thinking about going back and looking at the storage items. Love the iris containers!

I have to travel 2300 miles to go to A.C. Moore; but, I do get to check it out a couple of times a year when we go visit our DGS!! I don't think they're having their best sales when I'm there.

Their sales are kind of hit or miss. But what I do like about them is they usually have a 40 or 50 % coupon every week and match that with the teacher discount and it's usually a good deal all around. They have been having a lot of 15 - 20 % off total bill including sale items lately and I am a rewards member to boot so every few month I rak up enough points($$$Blushing Blushing spent) for my $10 coupon and that's great to spend too.

There is a hobby lobby about 45 min away from me and I would go more often if they accepted other store coupons and gave the teacher discount.
